Q: How can I know if my website is effective or not?
A: One of the best ways to know if your website is generating patients is to simply ask patients how they heard about you. You can also check your website’s server logs to find out how much traffic your website is receiving. With a website designed by Patient Magnet, you will be able to easily check such logs from any computer 24/7, 365 days a year!

Q: Do you create FLASH websites?
A: No. We are capable of doing FLASH, but choose not to. As dental marketing experts, we understand that content is king when it comes to having an effective website. As a result, our clients are much better served by us spending time and energy on the writing and substance of the website, as opposed to creating visual gimmicks that have very questionable value.

Q: Do you design “splash” pages or introduction pages?
A: Absolutely not. All research we have seen shows that people—actual people looking for a dentist—HATE these pages. Why? Then within 2-3 weeks we will provide you with a “rough” version of your new website that can only be accessed by you online. We will make any needed revisions and work until you are totally thrilled with your website. Then we will make your website live and continue to work behind the scenes to ensure your website will rank as high as possible in the search engines. After your website is live, if you have any updates/changes to be made, let us know and we will make them, usually within 48 hours.
